Founder Director - Chavithri

Chavithri is the founder Director of the Academy for Executive Excellence which is a New Zealand based company which operates in New Zealand and in Sri Lanka. She is a dual citizen of New Zealand and Sri Lanka.
She has hands on experience in successfully coaching and motivating 100’s of youth in New Zealand from different study areas such as Engineering, Business, Nursing, Law and Management in essential skills, soft skills and leadership, transforming them in to individuals who are inspired to gain conceptual skills.
Her wide knowledge on a range of subject expertise and emotional intelligence has been acquired through work related experience, such as organising International Mega events in the UK, France, Malaysia, Australia, etc., and also through wide reading, which you can share and experience by attending to these very dynamic, interactive coaching sessions with her.
She has the tools and the knowhow with an analytical mind to guide you through a path of critical thinking, practical examples and real life Industry case studies in understanding the macro and the micro views of a business and how you should gear yourself for success with the maximum utilisation of organisational or self-resources, skills and its core competence in the competitive world.
Chavithri is a well-travelled, well-read individual with 10 years of lecturing knowledge and work/life experience in Business Management including disciplines such as Marketing, Operations Management, Strategic Management, Public Relations, Finance, International Relations and Business Research in the tertiary education sector in New Zealand.
Prior to her lecturing experience she has worked in Insurance, Media and also in Tourism as a Director of Tourism in Sri Lanka.
She was an AFS (American Field Services) scholarship student to New Zealand when she was 17 years of age and won the challenge trophy “the Hatch cup” for public speaking at Wairarapa College in Masterton, New Zealand.
She has a Master’s in Business Administration from Massey University in New Zealand with excellent grades. In addition she has obtained a BSc degree in Chemistry, Botany and Zoology. She has also being trained widely in Germany, South Korea, and in Spain in tourism and in media studies. She has completed the National Diploma in Adult Education from the Southern Institute of Technology in New Zealand.
